PASSPORT SEVA:

Passport seva provides the applicants with the all in one details from the fees details to the online submissions and requirements needed for the applicants

Requirements:—>The requirements for every passport applicant along with their filled in documents are as follows:

1. Date of Birth Certificate

2. Proof of identification

3. Residential Proof

4. Proof of the Nationality.

Submissions:–>There are two types for the applications to submit they are online submission and submission by person.

—>Online submission consists of two types like e-form submission and online form submission methods for the applicants to register and take appointment have been provided and the applicants can register online with the simple steps provided below.

A). e-form submission:

step1: Download the e form

step2: Fill the required fields and click on validate and save button and you will get the xml file for future use.

step3: Register by clicking on the register button available on the homepage.

step4: Login with the loginid when you have registered.

step5: Through upload e-form link upload the xml file generated.

step6: In the view ‘saved/submitted applications’ screen click on pay and schedule appointment for scheduling an appointment.

The online payment methods like SBI challan, Debit/Credit card, Internet Banking (SBI and associate banks) are available and have made mandatory for all the PSK appointments

step7: To get the application reference number (ARN) click on the ‘print application receipt’

step8: Visit the PSK where you have selected the appointment.

B). Online submission:

step1: Click on register button for registration in the apply section.

step2: Login with the loginid registered.

step3: select the option required in ‘apply for fresh passport/reissue of passport’

step4: Fill the mandatory fields and click on submit.

step5: In the view ‘saved/submitted applications’ screen click on pay and schedule appointment for scheduling an appointment.

The online payment methods like SBI challan, Debit/Credit card, Internet Banking(SBI and associate banks) are available and have made mandatory for all the PSK appointments

step6: To get the application reference number (ARN) click on the ‘print application receipt’

step7: Visit the PSK where you have selected the appointment.

C).Steps to Apply By Person: Submission at the District Passport Cell (DPC)

step1: Submit the forms which are duly filled and also the required documents with their original certificates at the DPC counter

step2: The DPC officials will verify the documents, photograph and application and after the verification is successful the **DD paid has to be given.

step3: The Acknowledgement letter has to be collected after submitting the fees which contains the file number .The file number can be useful for the tracking of the application status

DD Issued by nationalized bank and must have the Date of birth, Application name, Date of submission of the form has to be written behind the DD and must be valid for at least next sixty days from submission date at the DPC and also the fee amount must be exact as applicable.
